The Hark HR App is a cloud-based solution developed by Hallmark Solutions. It connects clients’ HR teams with employees, providing oversight and control of daily processes. Key features, including leave requests, absence management, training, induction, and disciplinary procedures, are streamlined and accessible from any location.
During their large-scale software development, we collaborated with their team to create the product’s name, brand identity, and marketing website. The brand was designed to convey trust and confidence to executives in large organisations, while remaining approachable and memorable for staff who will regularly use the mobile app to request leave or check benefits such as pensions.
