A brand expressing 400 years of botanical history.
Seaforde Gardens & Tropical Butterfly House is a wonderful destination for a nature-filled day trip in Co Down, Northern Ireland. Seaforde Demesne is the historical home to the Forde Family, having been in their care for almost 400 years. Successive generations of the Forde family were expert gardeners, with their legacy still on display around every corner. The gardens have been open to the public since the 1970s and in the 1990s, a specially-designed tropical butterfly house was built.
We worked with the family to develop the first-ever brand for the destination and to apply it across a brand-new website design and on social media.

We worked with photographer, Simon Mills, to generate a library of stunning photographs, capturing the essence of Seaforde Gardens. The strength of the brand is underpinned by great photography, helping to communicate the experience of a great day-out.

After the success of our work on the Seaforde Gardens brand design, we were asked to redevelop their website to showcase what visitors had been experiencing first-hand for all those years. The goal was to attract the imaginations of a new audience of tourists and locals in search of a nature-filled, unique day-out.
